Shipping policy
Order Processing
We aim to process all orders within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Locations
We currently only ship to addresses within the UK. We are actively working to expand our shipping options so that we can ship within the EU and Worldwide in future, and we will post updates via our Newsletter and Instagram when these options are available to customers.
Shipping Options
All of our UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked. You can choose between Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Tracked 48 at checkout.
Royal Mail's Tracked service includes full online tracking, so you can monitor the parcel’s progress. SMS or email notifications are optional, and Safeplace is also available if you're not going to be at home.
You will receive tracking information with your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Estimated Delivery Times:
Royal Mail Tracked 48 - Aims to deliver in two to three working days after your order has been processed
Royal Mail Tracked 24 - Aims to deliver the next working day after your order has been processed.
If you haven't received your order within 7 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please get in touch, and we will look into this for you.
Shipping Costs
All shipping costs will be calculated and confirmed at checkout. We offer flat rate shipping for all orders, with no limitations on size or weight.

Order packaging
We try to balance protecting your order, and respecting the environment, with our packaging.
We primarily use paper or cardboard to package all of our orders, and choose not to use poly-mailers.
Any plastic we use in your order, eg bubble-wrap, will be recyclable, biodegradable or compostable.
Some products already come wrapped in plastic, and we cannot avoid this. Please get in touch if you wish to check if this applies to any items you are interested in.
We also package all individual printed patterns inside biodegradable cello bags, with a tamper evident sticker over the seal. This means that you are able to return the pattern if you change your mind. If you would prefer your pattern to be sent loose, please just let us know!
